Prestige Condos at One Yonge is a New Condo development by Pinnacle located at Queens Quay and Yonge , Toronto.

Prestige Yonge Condos will be the new hot spot for shopping, restaurants, entertainment, hotel space and community life. The Toronto Start building will receive an additional 10 stories. This new development will offer 6 million square feet of accommodation space and 3 stories of retail space. The new urban development plan is to widen the sidewalks around the towers. In the center of the towers will be a courtyard with beautiful landscaped grounds. Residents will also have access to the climate-controlled path allowing them easy access to Union Station.

There will be 3 towers for 1 Yonge Condos – 95, 85 and 65 storeys and 2 office towers of 22 and 35 storeys. There will be a fitness center with full facilities. 1 Yonge Condos will also include a public courtyard, with retail and office spaces available. It is proposed the tallest building in the country.
